Employee Relations & Performance Management

It is true, people can be challenging. Careful thought-out employee relations strategies can be key in getting the most out of your employees and lets you focus on the positive. Setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable is a crucial step in establishing a strong employee culture. 

Even the most basic documents can be used in future claims against the employer. It's even more critical to have consistency as corrective actions of an employee can also be reviewed against similar situations and how the employer has handled issues in the past. Ultimately the goal is to correct the behavior and set an employee up for success.
