She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals and non-profits with companies ranging from 15 - 2,000 employees. This allows her to understands the different challenges that different industries and organization size presents. She currently focuses on small-medium sized growth focused organizations.
Meaghan graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Business Administration. She has her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation (Ontario), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation (USA) and a certificate in Advanced Human Resources Law For Senior HR Executives from Osgood. She has an impressive record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing lasting solutions that streamline processes and improve operations.
